Hung Kitwas graduated from the MFA program in School of the Art Institute of Chicago. USA. His film was selected to more than 60 film festivals worldwide including Rotterdam International Film Festival, Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival (France), Mill Vally Film Festival (USA), Viper Basel (Switzerland), Transmediale (Berlin)...etc. His 1st fiction-feature film "Soundless Wind Chime" was one of the 3 finalists nominated for the Teddy Award in the Berlin International Film Festival 2009. "Soundless Wind Chime" has also won 5 international awards world wide including best feature, best new director, best actor...etc. It was subtitled in 5 languages and distributed in 15 countries. Kit Hung is currently teaching in the Academy of Film in the Hong Kong Baptist University.
