Curatorial Statement

"The young generation of Dutch artists I chose for my selection for OverView seem to share an uncanny sensitivity for human loneliness and dependency. Although all four artists' practices show very Dutch affinities and environments, they all manage to touch the universal human soul. Their work can put a wry smile on your face or move you to tears, but most of all it will remind you to make the most of your life, come what may. "
